The word “LABOUR” found in my Oxford dictionary has many meanings but the bottom line it means “done with great effort; toil; (hard) work; exertion; slog” and even “donkey-work”.
For all the hard work, the toil and sweat, these people formed part of our economic spine. And I would like to say a big THANK YOU to them…
…for cleaning our wet market
…for dredging up sludge in our drains
…for shuttling us when we couldn’t afford a car
…for making us a glass of sugar cane juice on a warm day
…for repairing our shoes
…for building the roof over our head
…for clearing and cleaning our dinner plates
…for trimming the grass to keep these place neat
THANK YOU

You know what? I agree with you. I mean…one will never really pay much attention on the effort contributed by the people in the pictures above. Two thumbs up and a very big thank you to them too. Happy Labour Day!!!

Hi “Also a Labour”
With this entry I hope we will not take for granted the people who are doing the ‘dirty work’ for us.
Cheers!!
