Rainforest World Crafts Bazaar (9-15 July) is the inaugural event organised by Sarawak Craft Council and Sarawak Tourism Board in conjunction with the Rainforest World Music Festival.
We were most honoured to be invited to the launching at Sarawak Cultural Village yesterday. Seen here were YABhg. Datuk Amar Puan Sri Dr. Hajjah Laila Taib cutting the ’string’ , watched on by Mrs Heidi Munan (director of RWCB) and YB Datuk Gramong Juna (chairman of Sarawak Craft Council).
Angklung performance by the Indonesian group. Wonderful music!!!
This event has attracted artisans from Denmark, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, India, Sabah and Sarawak.
