Hari Raya Puasa (the Muslim celebration of Syawal) is just around the corner. Muslims are busy cleaning and decorating their houses for this yearly occasion. Flowers is one of those never out of place, never out of season piece of must-have ornament. And I do mean never out of season and  wither-proof… that’s why you find these ‘forever blooming’ flowers everywhere in town around this time.

I really don’t mind one of these loofah ‘flowers’… I could sure use a bit of scrub ;)
