hi! I wonder what’s nutrition value by eating this Terong Iban? I know its sour and good for mixing it as stew/soup with fishes. thanks

Hi lugok,
I found an article on the nutrition of the terong asam on the net. Basically it’s antioxidant and full of Vitamin E.
