Since I was making the pizza dough from scratch I might as well try to make the tomato sauce from scratch also. Very easy to make.
Here are the ingredients:
Fry the onions and garlic in oil and butter. Here I put in some rosemary coz I don’t have basil and oregano 😉 – chinchailah Sarawak style
Then pour in the tomato. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook until a thick consistency and that’s the sauce. Done!
