It was one of those slow weekend ride out of Kuching this time to Bau town. But first a ‘must-stop’ for me – lunch at Red Dragon Cafe.
How to live life without my favourites: pineapple fried with belacan (shrimp paste), kedongdong seasoned with chilli, lime juice, mixed with ikan billis (anchovies) and last but not least fried tapioca leaves!!
After a hearty lunch onward to Bau market to look for durians😉
