From the town square walking towards the market…
With many Sibu trips behind me now one thing that still puzzles me were these granite spheres (opposite the market)… Was there a meaning to the arrangement?
There were nine same coloured granite spheres (one hidden in the picture) and one black sphere – hmmm… could it symbolises our solar system? 9 planets (including Pluto) and the Sun?
One of the most state-of-the-art buildings in Sibu… the car park next to the central market! (How come Kuching doesn’t have such a beautiful building as a car park?)
The older part of town.
The new Methodist Church a stone throw away from Tua Pek Kong temple. This is religious harmony.
