The delicious kongpiah with minced meat cooked in soy sauce. This one I had was sweet, I think the mince meat was cooked with sweet sauce! Regardless sweet or savoury, I love it!

Emm..mm, I just love kongpiah (or is it the fact that I’m half a foochow), with or without the minced meat. Eating it plain, I would dunk it in my kopiO!

For me kongpiah tastes nicer after a day old and definitely with my kopi-o! (I guess that’s the way the half-Foochows love their kongpiah) 🙂
